Which affiliate marketing program is the best?….This is a question that I get all the time and I will attempt to answer the best I can.
The truth is, no one program is best for everyone. We will look at the different types of programs available and see what seperates a good program from a bad program.
#1 Ebooks- Ebooks are one of the most popular products out there when it comes to affiliate marketing programs….Most of us have started in affiliate marketing by purchasing a ebook to learn the basics.
It is very important to do some research and decide which direction you want to take in your IM career and decide on a ebook that deals directly with that area….It is hard to learn from books so you want one that is very specific to only one area.
#2 Software programs- I have nothing against software programs and use several of them myself….However, you do not need them to succeed and would not recommend ourchasing any keyword tool or search engine optimization program until you have made some sales with some of the free marketing techniques or some of the low cost PPC campaigns.
Software programs are like a good steak sauce, they just make things a little better….They are not the steak though!
#3 Paid Membership Sites- With these sights you pay a monthly fee to be a member, usually in the neighborhood of $15-$30 per month although there are some that are much higher.
These sites all have one thing in common and that is a members forum where you can post questions to other members so they can help you with your affiliate marketing program.
Every sight is different and some of them offer a lot more than others….Some only have a forum, some have every tool you could ever need as an affiliate marketer including web site bulider programs. In general, these programs are very useful as you get step by step help and answers to your question when you get stuck….Ebooks and software programs can’t do this.

It doesn’t matter which direction you choose as long as you take action now. Just avoid going from product to product looking for the answer….Pick one or two and focus on them.
If you put enough effort into it, you will be successful with any affiliate marketing program.
